Digital Products:
Because our products are digital downloads (templates, toolkits, policies, e-books), they are non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds are only offered if there was a billing error or you didn’t receive your files.
Physical Products (if any): You may return items within 7 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is for your account, unless we sent you the wrong or damaged item.
Services:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund. Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
